We had a lovely night there sleep very well breakfast was lovely next morning staff were very nice very good location if you are on a tour of Dongal

Really super welcoming hotel staff. All working to give the guests a good experience Great town and a nice moment in time.

Personally and very subjective we don’t like the canteen type room for dinners and breakfast Very impersonal and feels like a get em in feed em and out probably is the logic but wouldn’t be our choice.

Wonderful ambience of hotel and staff where a polished + well presented staff exuded enjoyment of their job and a friendliness exceeding any wishes - thank you !

Excellent location and size of room allowed guests to relax in style a.nd completely chill out - bathroom floor slopped which did make for interesting toilet visits during the might!

Rooms were stunning and clean. Loved the quirky decor of the dining room and the decor overall was fab. Staff were so nice and friendly. Food great also.

Lovely bright calm bedroom. Friendly reception staff. Great tasty food with lovely breakfast and the porridge was the best ever. Excellent value and service overall.

Value for money was excellent.Just about everything, particularly the staff who were extremely friendly, helpful and well turned out. Also, we had four rooms booked but unfortunately on the day of arrival one of our party, the couple with the child was unable to travel due to a viral infection in the child.. I rang the hotel immediately to inform them and cancel the room and was told there would be no charge for that room. This was a very nice gesture at such short my notice. We hope to return and are already spreading the word.

Comfortable, modern, well equipped, tastefully decorated room with street view. Friendly Good quality food in lively bar. Good standard breakfast.staff.

It was clean and comfortable with good food and value for money Caitlín has a great personality and good at her job as was the dining room manager didn't get his name but he has worked there a long time overall we had a good stay with pleasent staff

Not a complaint but parking is a problem when busy and bar service could be better
