The staff were really friendly and helpful. Arron on reception was brilliant when I phoned to enquire about accommodation and also on checkin. Gaberial was excellent in the bar and dinning room. The bedrooms were decorated to great standard and beds were really comfortable. Ardara is a great town lots to do and see in area

There was nothing we didn't enjoy. Great to have hotel open again

Excellent stay at the Nesbitt Arms Hotels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly,efficient and helpful checkin from Aaron at reception. Lovely decor and spotlessy clean hotel . Room stay really lovely and comfortable. Bar and restaurants area have a good vibe and very relaxing.Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of choice. One other highlight of our stay was how naturally friendly, professional and helpful all the staff were.They couldn't have been nicer. It made our stay at the hotel even more memorable and we will definately recommend to family and friends.

Staff were very helpful & welcoming. It was our anniversary & appreciated the treats in our room on arrival. The room was very comfortable & peaceful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had a lovely experience & would return If I had to improve anything it would be the food , while it was grand we felt at times it lacked flavour.

There was no comfortable seating area for drinks after dinner and although the breakfast excellent the food at dinner wasn't great.

I love Ardara and was so jhappy to see the Hotel open again .It is vital to such a gorgeous town.

We were first met by Aaron at reception and we immediately felt very welcome, The staff throughout our stay were honestly the most hard working happy staff and the hugh crowd that were in they managed superbly without looking like they were under pressure and nothing was a bother to them. They really do need highly praised for their work, Anything we needed Aaron sorted it for us. We had 2 celebrations over the weekend, my brothers 50th wedding anniversary and my husband's 60th birthday and Aaron made sure we were all looked after. We ate in the hotel the 2 night's and the food was superb. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel for making our stay fantastic. Norah Walsh

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Aaron at reception could not have done enough for us, a great man. Everywhere was spotless, friendly, helpful staff, delicious food. I would recommend a stay in this gorgeous hotel. We'll be back. Go raibh mile mile maith agaibh.

My stay in your hotel was a very pleasant experience. All aspects of the service were excellent. The professional manner that staff went about their business made for an enjoyable stay. This started with reception when I was registering and in each area afterwards i.e. bar and restaurant. The room was both clean and airy and again no complaint at all about the room. In summary, a pleasant experience, one I hope to repeat and will recommend your hotel to any of my colleagues visiting Ardara.

Everything was top notch. We had the loveliest night in your hotel. Food was amazing the staff were lovely even took our bags to the room. The housekeeper, night porter the people you don’t usually see were so nice. Will definitely be back.

If I had one gripe it would be the parking but out with that no other gripes. Lovely friendly and homely wee town. Even bought potatoes from the farmers market on Friday morning.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk and serving in the restaurant. Room was so comfortable with a huge bed and great space. Excellent value for money. Delicious food each night too.

Friendly staff, spacious room that was immaculate. Room serviced while we were out on our 2nd day was great. Lovely breakfast. We had a lovely stay.

Few minors - Getting parked close to the hotel can be tricky as it's street parking, or the town car park a few minutes walk away but no big issue. The bathroom was dated, but very clean. I found the bath towels to be quite small. The clothes hangers beside the TV were a bit distracting as there was no wardrobe. 4pm was a slightly late check in time.

Lovely relaxed stay. Welcomed by Grace who always said hi when we passed by. Tara was really helpful and funny. And Erica ws a champion at Dinner and her breakfast service was outstanding as she was on her own for the most part, nobody's fault and great efforts made to keep service standards high.

No complaints. A little suggestion maybe. Rooms could benefit from having a fan as it gets warm and windows for open but ability go alter temperature would be an extra benefit. Thanks everyone.

Great friendly staff,we only intrnded to stay one night but ended up staying for three nights aaron sorted out the extra nights and kept us in the same room..great service !!
